Cooking Experiences: A Culinary Milestone

On March 3, 2025, I hosted the very first Exclusive Cooking Experience, a special gathering where a group of fans and supporters joined me for an unforgettable hands-on culinary journey. It was more than just a class—it was an opportunity to connect, share stories, and, most importantly, create and enjoy incredible food together.

This event was the official launch of my group cooking classes, introducing a new way for people to cook and engage in a fun, interactive setting. It was such a success that the Cooking Experience will now be a recurring calendar event!

A Celebration of Food & Community

This experience wouldn’t have been possible without the amazing support from brands that believed in the vision and came on board to celebrate their product offerings. Huge gratitude to:

How It Came Together

The Menu: A Feast of Flavors (see photos below)

We cooked and celebrated a variety of dishes, including:

  • Studded Gammon
  • Rosemary Potatoes
  • Bougie Breakfast Bowls & Breakfast Jars
    • Original Marula N’ Cinnamon compote
    • Classic Berry Compote
  • Marula Cheesecake
  • Tenderloin Steak
  • Chuchuza Pasta

With the help of our sponsors, we also created special dishes like:

  • The Goddess Salad
  • Blackjack & Blue Cheese Bread

These dishes were beautifully paired with wines from Cork n’ Co Wine Club and served using stunning kitchenware from Likhaya Homeware.

A Culinary Highlight & A Look Ahead

The entire experience was pure magic—good food, great conversation, and a beautiful sense of community. We cooked, we ate, we laughed, and we got to know each other in a way that only food can bring people together.

For me, this event was a career highlight—curating something this special, gaining the trust of renowned brands, and receiving recognition from the Eswatini Chefs Association and the incredible people who showed up. It’s clear that this is just the beginning, and I’m already working on plans for the next one!
