Cooking Live with Parmalat at the Eswatini Trade Fair

I had the exciting opportunity to be part of the Parmalat (Lactalis Eswatini) team for a dynamic two-day chef demonstration at the Trade Fair. With a live audience, I explored creative dishes using the brand’s newest products, including flavored butters, salted butter, and double cream yogurts from the Parmalat pantry.

The experience was as interactive as it was delicious, with free tastings, engaging Q&A sessions, and fun product giveaways for the audience.

Though it was a fast-paced and demanding event, the reward of connecting with a live audience and showcasing my craft made it an unforgettable experience. It truly boosted my confidence in live cooking demonstrations!
