Mnandzi Food Fiesta was the first food festival where I showcased my work as a first-time food trader in 2018. Hosted at Swazi Lizkhar in Lobamba, this small yet vibrant event marked the public debut of Mrs M Decadent Pleasures then called Mrs M’s Kitchen—introducing my signature range of desserts and cakes to a wider audience.
The response was overwhelmingly positive, making this event a turning point in my culinary journey. It was my first experience in festival trading, and it set the foundation for everything that followed—building my confidence, growing my brand, and fueling my passion for sharing decadent treats with food lovers.
