Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole red baby cabbage
  • 10 cherry tomatoes (approximately)
  • 1 cup bacon bits or whole bacon cut into pieces
  • 2-3 cheese grillers
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese grated
  • Fresh herbs optional, for garnish
  • Olive oil

For the Paste

  • 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Cut the cabbage into pieces resembling pizza bases; this should yield approximately 4 pieces
  • Season the cabbage pieces with salt and pepper, then drizzle them lightly with olive oil.
  • Spread your chosen paste evenly over each cabbage base.
  • Lightly fry the cheese grillers and bacon, then cut them into small, bite-sized pieces.
  • Generously arrange the cooked cheese grillers and bacon pieces on top of the cabbage bases.
  • Slice cherry tomatoes in half and scatter them over the toppings.
  • Finish by sprinkling the bases with your selected cheeses.
  • Place the prepared bases in the preheated oven and bake for 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
