Sticky Chicken Wings

Ingredients

chicken wings
Halved to make 24
Salt n’ Coarse black pepper to taste

Fresh herbs: Lemon balm and Thyme

Instructions
Season defrosted chicken wings with all the dry spices
In a frying pan, add Oil, and place on a medium heat
Once hot, add the wings, garlic cloves, fresh herbs and fry on each side for about 3 minutes (Total of 6 minutes)
Add the hot sauces, hot honey and jam and keep frying and stirring
After the mixture is fully incorporated Squeeze your lemon and add the jam
Mix together then lower your heat, occasionally turning your wings around
Add a little bit of water to allow your wings to be fully cooked, nothing more than 2 Tablespoons.
As it simmers, your sauce should be dark and sticky and that’s how you know your wings are ready.
